Order Cancellations
As our products are what we term a “contemplative
purchase” in that they are not impulse buys, it rarely
happens that an order is cancelled. However, should this happen
to you for whatever reason, your cancellation must be received
by us before your roofing materials have been cut/run. This
is applicable to vertical panels only.
In the case of Shingle Style materials, your
cancellation must be received by us before your product ships.
Typically, the window available to you to cancel an order
is 24 to 36 hours after your order has been placed.
Payment
All merchandise must be in full at the time
of ordering. With the exception of Shingle Style materials
your order is unique to your building and therefore we would
take a tremendous loss if we ordered your merchandise and
you did not then pay for the materials.
Types of Payment
When you’re ready to purchase, you can
request an invoice and have it:
1. Mailed to you
2. Faxed to you
3. E-mailed to you.
Upon reviewing your invoice, you can pay by:
1. Personal check/money order/ cashier’s check.
(Personal checks must clear our bank before we will process
the order.)
2. We also accept credit card payment by telephone or in person.
Regardless of how you pay, we will send out
a “Paid in Full Invoice” on the day we receive
goods funds.
Refunds
Vertical Panels: As Vertical
Panel materials are unique to each job, we can not refund
your purchase price once the panels have been rolled and/or
cut.
Shingle Style: Shingle Style
materials can be refunded in full for up to thirty days after
your receipt of them. They must be undamaged, in their original
and unbroken containers and we must receive them in our yard,
freight prepaid.
We will make every effort to ensure that everything
is right—the only thing you have to do is make sure
that we have the correct measurements/dimensions of your roof
and the correct pitch.
We do everything within our power to make sure
we deliver what we’ve promised. Over the years we have
sent out any material shortages at our cost, sent out replacements
for parts damaged in shipping at our cost and then settled
with the freight carrier long afterwards.
You come first but we can not give refunds
after materials unique to your job have been put into production
or delivered to you!
Warranties
All our products come with their own
respective warranties from the manufacturer which are anywhere
from 20 to 50 years from the date of purchase. Please see
warranties unique to each material under individual product
guides.
